Dark Congo coffee is grown in the Kivu highlands by the SOPACDI co-op and is located on Lake Kivu.

The Co-op straddles the border with the democratic of Rwanda and The Congo.

Our Congo coffee is an old bourbon varietal. Grown in the highlands at. 1460 -2000m.

Harvested by hand, wet-processed.

In your cup, this coffee is full-bodied, consisting of rich notes like dark chocolate and cinnamon spice finishing with a syrupy mouthfeel.
