At Klekolo World Coffee, we want you to have a great experience. Because many of our products are perishable, some items are not eligible for return. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Return Window


Customers must contact us within 30 days of purchase regarding any issues with an order.

Return Eligibility

Coffee, tea, food items, gift certificates, and digital products are not eligible for return or refund due to their perishable or non-returnable nature.

Unused non-perishable merchandise items, such as apparel, may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Method

Approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method, store credit, or replacement item depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Coffee, tea, and other perishable goods
  • Food items
  • Gift certificates
  • Digital or downloadable products

We are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.

We review all concerns on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund to the original payment method, depending on the situation.

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos right away and email us.
