This Ethiopian Guji is grown in Kirite just south of the African Great Rift Valley at 1900-2200 meters. Cured by Wet fermentation, washed, overnight soaked, and 14-day African raised bed drying. This traditional style of ‘curing” imparts lovely lighter flavors to your coffee.
