Congo is a thoroughly washed, certified Organic Kivu Arabica top lot coffee from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DR Congo). DR Congo is located in Central Africa. The country was known as Zaire between 1971 and 1997.

The DRC (Democratic Republic of Congo) is on the border of the Central African Republic and South Sudan north; Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, and Tanzania to the east; Zambia in the south; and the Atlantic Ocean on the west. It is the second largest country in Africa and the 11th in the world.

Flavor notes
