Klekolo World Coffee Return & Refund Policy

At Klekolo World Coffee, we’re passionate about making your experience a good one. While we do not typically accept returns, we do want to hear from you if something’s wrong. Our goal is always to make it right when we can.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods, including coffee, tea, and any food items
  • Gift certificates and digital/downloadable products

We are unable to accept returns on any items that have been opened or used.

Let’s Make It Right

If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out within 30 days of your purchase. We review all concerns on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
