At Klekolo World Coffee, we want you to have a great experience. While most of our products are not eligible for return, we’re always happy to hear from you if something isn’t right.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Coffee, tea, and other perishable goods
- Food items
- Gift certificates
- Digital or downloadable products
We are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Let’s Make It Right
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
We review all concerns on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
To help us resolve things quickly, please include:
- Your order number or receipt
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo, if applicable

Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos right away and email us.
We’ll work with you to make it right.
