Brewing Coffee at Home
What grind should I choose?
If you’re not sure, we’re happy to help. As a general guide:
- Drip / Pour-over: Medium grind
- French press: Coarse grind
- Espresso: Fine grind
If you order online, you can select your preferred grind. If you’re visiting in person, our baristas can help you choose.
Are your coffees good for home espresso?
Yes. Many of our coffees work beautifully for home espresso, especially medium and darker roasts with balanced acidity and body. If you’re unsure, ask us — we’re happy to recommend a good option.
How should I store my coffee beans?
For best flavor:
- Store coffee in an airtight container
- Keep it away from heat, light, and moisture
- Avoid storing coffee in the fridge or freezer
Whole beans stay fresh longer than pre-ground coffee.

We work with trusted small-batch roasters and rotate our offerings regularly to ensure quality and freshness. Our coffees are chosen for flavor, balance, and consistency . Both for coffee house service and home brewing.
Do your coffee offerings change?
Yes. Our selection changes as new coffees become available from our roasting partners. This allows us to offer a variety of origins, flavor profiles, and seasonal coffees throughout the year.

Where do your coffee beans come from?
Our coffees come from farms around the world, including regions such as Central America, Africa, and beyond. Each coffee reflects the land, people, and growing conditions where it was produced.
Are your coffees organic and fair trade?
We source our coffees from certified organic and fair-trade roasting partners whenever possible. These partners meet ethical and sustainability standards that support responsible farming and trade practices.
Do you roast your own coffee?
No. We curate coffees from trusted roasting partners who specialize in small-batch roasting. This allows us to focus on selection, quality, and serving great coffee in our coffeehouse and for home brewing.
