The coffee’s origin flavors are mellowed by the flavor of the roasting process.
To reach the level of a dark roast, coffee beans are roasted to an internal temperature of 240°C or higher. This process brings a thickness to the cup and an oily sheen to the bean.
Blend X is bold dark thick and deep in the cup.
Sporting notes of bittersweet chocolate and dark chocolates and earth.
