This coffee is Grown High in the Mantiqueira Mountains in southeastern Minas Gerais Brazil.
High elevation results in better development of the flavors inside the cherry and the complex sugars that give coffee beans their sweetness. Mountains offer steep surfaces to drain off excess water, sufficient cloud cover, and a cooler temperature all helping to produce superior coffee. This coffee is grown at. 1280 MSL ( meters above sea level)
