This coffee is grown at 1200m in the Don Don region of Haiti.
Sharing the hillsides with Cacao and Banana trees.
Growing in this manner brings out the richness of the region in the beans.
A slow roast is used to caramelize the sugars that are naturally in the bean imparting heavy notes of rich cocoa and a deep complex flavor.
Truly a favorite!
